Article 1 – Definitions
For these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:
- Withdrawal period: the timeframe in which the consumer may cancel the contract.
- Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of business who enters into a distance contract with a trader.
- Day: a calendar day.
- Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to recurring deliveries of products/services.
- Durable medium: any tool that allows consumers or traders to store personal information for future reference.
- Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to cancel a contract within the withdrawal period.
- Trader: australlure.com, the entity offering goods online.
- Distance contract: a contract concluded remotely using digital communication tools.
- Distance communication technique: any method to conclude contracts without physical presence.
- Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer from Australlure and every distance contract or order made through our store.
The terms are accessible before checkout and can also be stored electronically for later access. If product-specific terms apply, they prevail when more favorable to the customer. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable. Any unclear terms will be interpreted fairly and in the spirit of consumer protection.
Article 4 – Offers
- Any limitations or conditions related to offers will be clearly stated.
- Offers are non-binding.
- We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but image colors may vary slightly.
- Australlure cannot be held responsible for obvious typographical errors.
- Product offers include information on pricing (excluding import/customs VAT where applicable), shipping costs, payment methods, contract process, cancellation rights, contract storage, and applicable regulations.
Article 5 – Contract
A contract becomes binding when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions. If the order is placed electronically, we will confirm receipt immediately.
Australlure ensures secure data transmission and payment processing. We reserve the right to assess creditworthiness and may reject or modify orders accordingly.
After conclusion, we will provide customers with details regarding the seller’s address, return/cancellation process, warranty information, and support contact details.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may return products within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason. During this period, products should be handled carefully and returned in original condition. Notification of return must be made via email within the 30-day window, along with proof of dispatch. After 30 days without notification or return, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Australlure will issue a refund within 14 days of confirming the return, provided the goods are received or valid proof of dispatch is provided.
Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal
Withdrawal rights do not apply to:
- Custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Personal/hygiene products once unsealed
- Digital goods accessed or downloaded
- Services begun with consumer consent before the withdrawal period ends
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices remain valid during the stated offer period unless affected by VAT or market changes. Prices may fluctuate due to currency or market variations. For non-Australia deliveries, import VAT and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Australlure is not liable for pricing or typographical errors.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Australlure guarantees that products meet contractual specifications. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Our warranty matches the manufacturer’s terms and excludes misuse, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We aim to deliver within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If timely delivery is not possible, you will be notified and may cancel for a full refund. Replacement items will be clearly indicated and may be returned at our expense. Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Subscriptions and Renewals
- Consumers may cancel indefinite subscriptions with 1-month notice.
- Fixed-term subscriptions cannot auto-renew except in specific cases (e.g., newspapers).
- Trial periods end automatically unless stated otherwise.
- After 1 year, contracts may be canceled with 1-month notice.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be completed within 7 working days unless otherwise specified.
If services are involved, the timeframe begins once the contract is confirmed.
Consumers must notify us immediately of any payment errors.
Late or failed payments may incur additional costs.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue.
We aim to respond within 14 days. If resolution takes longer, we will confirm receipt and provide a new timeline.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation.
A complaint does not suspend payment obligations.
Article 15 – Legal Jurisdiction
All contracts and disputes related to australlure.com are governed exclusively by Australia law, even if the customer resides elsewhere.
