What is our refund policy?
At Australlure, your comfort comes first. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return new or slightly used items within 30 days of delivery — for both defective and change-of-mind situations.
How to start:
Email support@australlure.com with your order number, reason for return, and (for faults) photos/video. We’ll reply with a pre-paid return label and instructions.
Return conditions
- Item in original condition (new or slightly used) with all parts/accessories
- Original packaging and tags where applicable
- Hygiene seals (if any) intact
- Return must be initiated and shipped within 30 days using our label
After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Banks may take an extra 1–5 business days to post funds.
Can we exchange your item?
Yes. We accept exchanges for size/colour or like-for-like replacements (stock permitting). Start by emailing support@australlure.com. Items must meet the new or slightly used condition.
Lost, stolen or undelivered order
Email support@australlure.com promptly. We’ll investigate with the carrier and reship once non-delivery is confirmed. (Refunds aren’t issued for carrier-confirmed loss/theft, we reship to make it right.)
Received a faulty or incorrect product?
Email support@australlure.com within 30 days with photos/video. Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund and cover return postage. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.
Goods excluded from returns
For hygiene/safety, we cannot accept returns of used bedding or pillows, final-sale/clearance items, or items returned incomplete—unless faulty or not as described. Minor colour/size tolerances don’t constitute faults.
Return method & fees
Returns are by mail using the free pre-paid label we provide after you email Support. Returns sent without approval or using third-party labels may be refused and aren’t refundable.
Paid express shipping is refunded only for defective/incorrect items.
